Constantly trying to reach and exceed my personal goals and lead by example is why I do what I do.  I will never get you to do something that I myself will not do and sometimes you may even find me doing the class with you.  Dare to dream and challenge yourself.  Look after your head and the body will follow.  Plant the seeds of success to harvest the field sucess.

Sharon Corrigan  Sharon Corrigan

Sharon has always been into sports (anything and everything) and health.

She was heavily involved in A grade championship basketball, swimming and surf lifesaving. Through her involvement in sports and first aid she picked the field of Anatomy and Physiology and decided to become a PE teacher. Working her way through university as a pool lifeguard, Sharon completed Uni and began working as a P.E Teacher. After 7 years of teaching and coaching everything from archery to volleyball, Sharon left teaching and started a family. She now has 3 boys who are energetic to say the least.

To say Sharon understands the whole eating and exercising dilemma is an understatement. Check out her results under the testimonials.
